My son has got admission in Masters program in Bremen University for April, 2012 session. As per the procedure, we've applied to open the foreign student blocked account in Deutsche Bank. Now, we're facing the problem that my son has not received the account confirmation mail directly from the Deutsche Hamburg Branch instead the personnel of Karachi branch has forwarded us a scanned document for account confirmation. As per our knowledge, the applicants are informed directly through the email for account confirmation. If my son has not received the email, what should we do? We've tried to contact Hamburg branch on telephone but they do not discuss the account related information on telephone. What should we do now?
